Good for4 or 5 year olds
I teach ESL to adults and they are learning to drive. Though this is made for children, it has been a fun way for them to learn the different parts of a car dashboard. It is plastic and would be perfect for a younger child. It has different horn sounds, sirens, blinkers, and a few other fun items.

It's cute
I really like this toy and so did my kid. However, if you plan to put this in the car the suctions don't work -- pretty pointless to have it really; i think a durable double sided sticky would do better. Another dilemma was that my kid couldn't reach these petal unless I used the passenger seat to stick it to and then push that passenger seat at it's furthest backward, or found a way to prop it up. Most of the time my kid just held on to the steering wheel (while in the car). It did the job and kept my kid entertained though.
