Good quality, quick delivery, excellent value for money
Bought these to go along with my vit d3. Very quick delivery, quicker than expected. Very easy to swallow and can even be dissolved if you can't swallow them. Value for money as this lasts a month for 3 of us.

Vitamin K should be taken seperately from vit D.
Great value for money! Vitamin K is essential if you are lacking vitamin D, the two work synergistically and most of the time you will need extra vit K if you are already lacking vit D (for most reasons).I was going to buy a combined Vit D and K spray, but after some research decided against this, as apparently you are best to take vitamin K no less than 8 hours after vit D for optimum absorption.I'm not saying the combined sprays don't work, just that they are less efficient when compared to separate supplements.So what I did was get a cheaper vit D spray to use in the morning before leaving for work, and these vit K tablets, of which I take just one tablet daily with my dinner when I am home from work (or before going to bed, if I forget).This is 1/3 of a years worth of vit K, amazing value!

Very good value and excellent quality product. Made from natto. This is the best form if you have osteoporosis . Small easy to swallow pills and excellent packaging. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. Will buy again from Phoenix nutrition.

Quick delivery and good value for money.
I was recommended to take Vitamin K2 by a friend for joint pains and since I've taken this one (200mg a day) I've been improving overall, I get less sustained pain and aches. It was delivered very quickly and in a convenient resealable pouch. I hope the improvement will go on.

These arrived in a sealed pouch and quicker than expected (always good!) They have the same amount of K2 as other tablets I bought previously from a different supplier and these are much cheaper. They also have a long expiration date. I will definitely be buying again.
