The lock fitted easily and had five keys with it which was the perfect amount for my family. The keys were a bit stiff to insert to start with but soon loosened up when used several times

Nice bit of kit easy to fit and the keys are really well made, only difference is that when you lock keys are sideways( horizontal )not the normal up and down(vertical) thank you

Brilliant lock.

Over all Ive had this lock in my door for a year and well the house wasnt robbed and the lock action is smooth so it seems fit for purpose. Only 1 gripe I wanted a spare key ...it costs £22 FOR 1 SPARE KEY!!!! And since I cant find a number on the barrel I cant order an extra key online. So I might have to replace it just to have enough keys for the household.

Now when the key if left in the door onbthe inside i can still get in 👍

When trying to lock from the inside it stops and won't lock. Removed lock and tried locking, it works when the lock was tilted on its side but not in the upright position. This was from the first day installing the lock. I have now soaked it in WD40. It now works most the time but it still stops sometimes and will not locked without jiggling the key back and forth. I would no buy this product again.
