Beautiful! Hired someone to put it together and hang it since I saw so many reviews of people struggling with putting it together and making it hang straight.

Perfect
Love it, although, it was hard to put together. It took me about an hour to assemble, with some distractions, but worth it. It’s well made and looks expensive but pricing was reasonable. You def need a dimmer. Without it, it’s way bright.

Frustrated
The first chandelier had an issue at the manufacturing level, one of the many holes had two pre installed washers. The instructions are the worst I have seen in 40 + years. I have not been able to contact the seller directly to express my frustration with this chandelier. Update: Amazon got me in contact with the seller and the seller tried to help me with the seams and offered a partial discount. I am changing my one star rating to four.

Beautiful light piece
Lovely chandelier and perfect size for the dining room and great price! We put it on a dimmer and it’s perfect! Was easily put together by hubby and so far seems durable and good quality for the money.

Poor Quality piece: need full refund
The seller asked for my confirmation of a refund which I agreed but yet to receive any response or refund. It is extremely difficult to fix it to the roof. The rod holding the chandelier is very poor quality and it breaks. I had to get additional chain from Home depot to replace the broken rod. Also the connection point of the circular ring is very weak making it bend rendering irregular circle shape. I have brought this couple of months ago but only recently fixed it. This is the worst experience I have had after spending near equal amount to hire an electrician to assemble and fix it. I need a full refund for this defective piece
