Good quality 1 a day supplement. When I don't take b complex, I notice it. This is a good quality enhanced b complex that has given me a bit more bounce and pep back. No longer so tired, and b complex always helps to make my skin better. This is delayed release too, which I think has helped me during the day. I'm nearing the end of this two month supply and will repurchase.

After two weeks of taking these, I’m already noticing a definite improvement in my energy levels. The recommended dose is one easy-to-swallow capsule daily, and with 60 capsules in total, this provides approximately a two-month supply. The product has a high-quality feel to it. Didnt realise B vits were missing from my life. I'm aging still buzzing but felt just that little extra spring in my step since taking these. Recommended dose is 2 a day. Easy to swallow.

Smells too much

B6 in excess can cause peripheral neuropathy - don't take my word for it, look it up. There's plenty of info out there. It can also build up in the body over time if you take too much. I've been given advice not to exceed regularly 10mg a day to be sure of being safe. These contain 25mg. I usually take them every other day and will choose a different supplement next time. There are supplements for sale with way, way higher B6 than this one, so it's not terrible. And, B6 aside, these seem fine.

I was pleased to be given the opportunity to review this UK based Vitamin B Complex capsules, as a few months into winter and I can feel and see that I'm not 100%. My skin and hair were beginning to look a bit 'meh' and my normal bounce has lost a bit of its boing. And that's when I reach for some vits. As someone who is well used to taking supplements over the years, I do like to use them as and when I need them, and make sure I take breaks when needing 'long term' support. I'm most pleased that this brand offers delayed time release (not always a given with this vit) and that there's a good whack of B12 included with the other 'B' offerings. I've been taking this supplement for roughly 10 days and am beginning to see the first green shoots of improvement - nothing drastic - just a subtle improvement, which I expect to increase over time (particularly after the 1 month mark). I enjoy the fact I only have to take one capsule daily and that a 2-month supply is provided. The price point is bang on - so, as things stand, I can find nothing to dislike. In the unlikely event things do not continue to improve as expected, I will return and update this review. Otherwise - it's 5-stars.

I got these in addition to my food diet. I started taking them and after a few weeks I noticed I started sleeping better and did not wake up tired in the morning. This B complex vitamins are with a delayed release which means they last longer throughout the day. Good value for money.

This is supplied as a bottle of sixty capsules, so two months' supply at the recommended one per day. The capsules themselves are well formed, easy to swallow, and leave no after tastes. The capsules contain a mixture of B vitamins, plus Biotin, Choline, Folate and Inositol. The only concern I have is that these probably should not be taken alongside another multivitamin or other supplements containing B vitamins, because of the risk of taking too much Vitamin B6. Best to consult a professional nutritionist for advice on that front. Aside from that it seems like a good product.
