As a coach and mother of several athletes of all heights this is a wonderful addition to stepping up their game. May need to be shortened for those alittle on the smaller size. Easy to use.

This is basically a piece of a thick nylon rope that you can purchase from any hardware store by the length. The only difference is that the ends are coated with non-slip rubber. Regardless, it serves the purpose as a jump rope at an affordable price.

As advertised. Been using it 3-4 times a week for a month now and so far it's holding up well.

I tried the 1pound rope to start off with and the weight has a nice amount of heft but not too much for starters and the length is perfect for me my only complaint is that without plastic handles the rope would easily rub against my index finger during use damaging the skin to deal with that I just wear gloves to protect my fingers and take a break so it can heal

Works out you arms when you use it. Doesn't whip you when you make a mistake like the rubber jump ropes do.
