I think it has made a real difference to my both my skin and joints - my skin feels plumper and more glowing - and I haven't noticed any of the previous joint pain I used to have, so I can only assume it's helping there too. My hair also feels stronger and thicker too, so I believe that it's working well. Although it's not super cheap, I do think it's made of quality ingredients so offers decent value for money. The recommendation of how much to use is a but vague, but I think that allows you to decide how much you want to take within the guidance, depending on your lifestyle and need etc. This is a wonderful product that has become a regular staple in my world. This product is brilliant for my joint pain, ive been using the product for about a month and I feel the difference when I have it, no more aching hip. Knee and lower back pain. It truly is a remarkable product.

I started taking this product on recommendation from a friend and I’m so pleased I did. I was having problems with my nails splitting and flaking, also suffering hip tendinitis and pains in my lower back. I read that this is caused in a lot of women during and after menopause due to reduction of oestrogen. This was confirmed by my physio. I am very happy to report that after 3 months taking this supplement, my nails are growing and much healthier and I am no longer in pain.
