Really Nice play store. Good value for the money (compared to Melissa and Doug). It is a bit shorter than we thought but will still be a good size for our 4 year old (and 1.5 year old)! We bought it for Christmas so the kids haven’t gotten it yet! Overall a good deal for the price and appears sturdy. We did purchase a different cash register that “works/scans” so it’s more fun because this is wooden . The conveyer belt works so well and is darling ! Comes with lots of nice food products and a shopping bag. It gets 5 stars for the product ….and 3 stars for assembly. Ok …assembly…after reading reviews we set aside an entire evening . It took my husband Approx 1 hour to lay out all the pieces and figure out what they were . Only 1/2 of the pieces are marked so you can kind of go off of those to match to the unmarked ones. I recommend grouping them out in alphabetical order because that’s how the directions are written (ex A1, A2, B1 Etc) . Once it was sorted, it took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble with both of us working on it . You really need two people to hold the pieces and the other to use the power tool. The directions are in black and white and it doesn’t give very much detail on how to connect pieces. We used the pictures from Amazon and review pictures mostly to piece it together (I added more pics to this review). …! Once we got going it went together pretty “easily” with only a few things we had to undo and change . If you like puzzles , you’ll enjoy it lol. Just grab a drink and you’ll be fine . Overall , well worth a little effort!!! Hope this is helpful .

Very Nice! Our granddaughter loves it! Sturdy and well designed. It takes a little bit to put it together but it’s worth it once complete. The fruit is very life like versus other plastic alternatives. The hand crank conveyer is really pretty cute.

Bought this little wooden grocery store for my 5 year old for Xmas this year and omg it's honestly the best money I've ever spent! The assembly was pretty easy& instructions were clear, but some parts may be easier with 2 people. Just a reminder, The store only comes with the wax fruits and vegetables you see up front from my video. 4 peppers, 4 eggplants, 4 tomatoes, 4 apples, 4 oranges & 4 bananas. The rest of the foods plus the basket and cart i bought separately. It comes with one cloth shopping bag that hangs on the side of the store by a couple of knobs which the instructions actually weren't clear about where the knobs go and what they were for but we figured it out eventually. It's got a working, crank style Conveyer belt, a chalk board sign you can write on, Credit card Machine, cash register that opens with little wooden coins inside + scanner. There are no sounds. The construction of this store is super solid & durable. All hardware is included, however, I highly suggest using a regular sized Philips screw driver To assemble, because the little tiny one they give you is cheap and way too tiny to be efficient. That definitely sped up the assembly for us! My only complaint on this whole thing was that the cash register doesn't really have a clear place to be kept so it's really about what your preference is. however, keeping it on the counter top without sliding off is tricky bc it doesn't stay put, it just slides around. So we used 4 long strips of 3-m double sided tape to secure it down on the counter top- which was SUPER effective! Highly suggest doing this! My 5 year old is pretty average sized and this little store was absolutely the perfect fit for him! He loves it so much and so do I!!

I really loved the idea of this product, and the final result looks very cute. However, putting it together was very stressful. The instructions are not very clear about which side goes where, so I had to assemble and disassemble it several times. Doing this with two small kids next to me wanting to play made it even more challenging. Some of the pieces arrived with minor damage on the edges, which I didn’t love since I’m a bit detail-oriented, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to return it. Overall, the finished product is very nice, but the instruction manual definitely needs better design and clearer guidance.

This pretend play grocery store is a big hit in our house. The quality is better than expected, and all the pieces feel sturdy and well made. It was easy to put together, and everything fit together nicely. Our child loves using it for imaginative play, and it keeps them engaged for long periods of time. It’s the perfect size for toddlers and young kids and makes a great addition to any playroom. Definitely worth the purchase!

I bought this for my daycare classroom of toddlers. Firstly it came with no hardware or directions. Thankfully my father is handy so figured it out and got it glued and screwed together. We couldn’t figure out how to get the conveyer belt on though since the holes were all torn apart and the product I received was definitely a returned product as it already had screw holes in it. Over all it is cute but very small, only one toddler fits in the store at a time but they have been climbing on it and sitting on it the past week and hasn’t broken so it is a good price for what you receive

Purchased for my daughter after seeing how much she loved the grocery store dramatic play at the children’s museum. She plays with this store daily. Set up was easy, it did take two to hold and balance while building. Great quality and price. Hours of fun for my 4 year old.
