I am impressed with these 8 Hour Sleepwell gummies. The ingredient list is what first caught my attention as they contain 250mg of magnesium glycinate, 200mg of L-theanine and 300mg of ashwagandha per serving, well-known for supporting relaxation and sleep. The berry flavour is very enjoyable, with no artificial or overpowering aftertaste. I also like that they are sugar-free, which is rare for gummy supplements. After taking them consistently, I noticed I am falling asleep faster and experiencing deeper, more restful sleep through the night. There’s no groggy feeling in the morning. Overall, a high-quality, value for money and thoughtfully formulated product that delivers results. I already purchased three bottles and will continue to use these.

Save your money they don’t work !

I have bad sleep with a lot of snoring, I wake up a few times a night and well before the alarm, probably don’t get much deep sleep, then I’m tired all day. Usually I can’t fall asleep unless I have the tv on which is also bad for sleep. Last night I took the first 2 gummies . I made sure I have full sleep cycles so I took them at 10 and went to bed at 10:30. All the lights in the house were on, my partner was trying to fix some faulty sockets so he was making a lot of noise in the whole house , too, pulling furniture away and beeping with his tools. I covered my eyes and I slept LIKE A BABY until 5:45 when I woke up naturally . I felt very well rested, despite the snorring . Quite a difference from just 2 gummies . I bought these because during the day I must have one can of energy drink so I can do my job and I got palpitations a few days in a row . Maybe I won’t need the drinks anymore .

Reluctant to leave a negative review as this product did help me to sleep. However, I took it for 2 nights and both nights I woke up with chronic indigestion, so can no longer use them. Disappointing as they're not cheap! Maybe this reaction won't be the same for everyone though.

Edit: The recipe has recently changed and they're not as good as they were. They're far sweeter and have more of a jelly consistency which makes them less appetising and stick to the sides of the jar. Big shame. I've been taking these for three months and about a week in I found they were already working. I don't think they do much for helping me get to sleep as such but I have noticed that my sleep has improved - deeper and more consistent. They taste great and are a nice treat at the end of a day. 4 stars because I do find that my dreams have become more vivid and they sometimes wake me up.

These gummies are amazing! Falling asleep at night has been something I’ve struggled with for a long time. I was recommended these gummies and oh my goodness, the change that has happened in such a short space of time is crazy! I’m falling asleep a lot faster and not waking up during the night. And they are really yummy which is a bonus. Will definitely purchase again! So happy.
