I bought this turmeric at the suggestion of a friend. I have been struggling with two injuries since last summer. I have been taking these for a week. I haven't noticed any difference, but I am have a spinal cord injury, so I'm asking a lot of them. I haven't had any stomach upset, which I have heard is common with turmeric supplements. I will update if anything changes.

I have cancer and I started to take turmeric for all the many health benefits that it has. The problem I had was I knew that the curcumin in most turmerics was not very absorb-able. But I was really excited when I found Mimi's since it is so absorb-able into the body. The pills are even small when compared to all the other turmerics I had taken. An added benefit is that I have a broken disk in my back and while on this product my back has seemed to be less inflamed, and I don't think I have taken as many pain meds. I have started to recommend this product to family and friends. I will definitely buy this again :)
