We LOVE this product for our 4.5 year old, when he needs extra support to help him relax and get ready for bedtime. When we give it to him, we notice, within 20 minutes of bedtime, he starts to calm down and feels a sense of ease for a good night's rest. It tastes great and he gives us a big thumbs up everytime!

These work great and taste good enough that he doesn't resist. That being said, be sure to keep out of their reach! He does still wake in the night but it isn't as much or for as long. I think we may use 1/2 a gummy and see how that works. My husband and I take melatonin and have discovered that 1/3 of a 5 mg tablet works better than a whole one. I know, it is very counterintuitive but I'm telling you -- try it... it works. We were taking 2-3 of the 5mg tablets to no avail and stumbled upon the advice to only take 1/2-1/3 of a tablet and wow... it's made SUCH a difference. So.. give these a try and if they are still waking, try halving the dose and see if it helps.

I was drawn to these as they offer that rare low dose of 1 mg. I've not had success with tablets and since I've noticed I seem to utilize supplements better with a little sugar in the mix, I tried. And yes, these work surprisingly well for me and have now used for a few years, though I only take advantage of every couple of weeks. They're quite a treat, too!

Good enough but my daughter and I were not a fan of the taste. Better brands and flavors out there.
