Best gentle laxative available. No cramping with 1 tablet works over night after a cuppa tea , iv always had digestive issues from a child ,no matter what I eat high fibre and excercise plus whole grains drink water etc never made any difference , I take 1 every 2 days so to keep me going ,highly recommended due to there effectiveness plus gentle action, never needed to take 2 so you may get craming with that dose ,

Used these quite some time ago and decided to buy more. Work well and don't upset the stomach. Tiny tablets easy to lose if you drop one.

Does exactly what is expected 👍🏻 I've been going a fair few days without a ___ so I thought I'd try some of these to try and get things moving again, I've never really tried a laxative but I'm happy with the result! I took one before bed and I woke up in the morning feeling a little bit of activity in my gut, then after around 10 minutes, the result was achieved. Feeling a lot better now, I don't feel as bloated as I did and they were very effective 😊 The tablets are super tiny too so they're easy to swallow and quite sweet tasting, I think it's great value and definitely worth a try!

Read the instructions!
First time taking these. Bought these as I needed a laxative after receiving surgery to help with my bowel movement. Well 4 days after surgery I took 2! it took between 6-12 hours for them to work and had really bad stomach cramps. Not only did I take 2… I took them early afternoon!! And as a result I am now up all night going to the loo 🤣 Only take 1 people and don’t take them during the day like I did! Lesson learnt! It did the job tho!
