This Tandoor is primarily charcoal fired. We also sell a gas kit as an optional accessory which can be bought for an extra $175 and then this tandoor can be used with gas as well. The Gas kit includes a burner with flame failure safety and a baffle plate which sits on top on the burner to deflect the heat on the clay walls
