Poor customer service and getting smell from water after using.

Getting Smell of Oil & brups of oil after drink water from this products. However, i followed every instructions before using & i called customer support twice but nothing helpful. Everytime they ask for long wait and without any solution they would hang up. Going to return this product im sorry.
