They all have north and south pole each!
These magnets are perfect for what I was buying them for! They came in a day early too!They all have BOTH north and south pole each and can pull in to one another or push away depending on which side is flipped. I know it's silly that I have to even mention that, but you'd be surprised on how many magnets are sold that have only one or the other.Small, thin and compact. Strong. They seem fairly durable.My purpose for purchasing these magnets:They are to be used as a means to open/close hand crafted boxes for playing cards/game dice. These boxes are thick and covered in strong clear coat to plasticize them. The magnets have to be strong enough to connect though the boxes after this process is completed but not so strong they destroying the boxes along with the detailed artwork on them. I have already tested a pair and they seem to work perfectly.I am almost certain they could hold up 3 - 5lbs at least if needed to. Great for hanging tools or kitchen utensils as well.They are maybe the size of an American half dollar and about the same width as an American quarter. Great for crafts or other around the house needs. I love them and plan to buy more!

Very nice magnets, perfect packaging
Very nice magnets, perfect packaging. The holding strength though is only about 3 pounds straightline. Since I was looking for magnets to hold small glass containers of screws and stuff up, they don't have the needed strength. The loss of one star is due to the fact that no where in the description does it rate the strength other than Strong.

I was hoping to use these as a very strong disc magnets. I am not sure if when they are stored as they are shipped then placing on a steel plate or on my refrigerator if they need to stay on the steel surface for awhile. I have two disc magnets that are 1.00 inch X 0.08 inch and it is 2-3 times the strength. Since these were listed as N52 Grade and has a larger diameter it should require more pull effort to remove from the refrigerator or smooth steel plate. I can slide my finger nail and lift off easy with these but my smaller diameter disc will just about pull my finger nail off trying to pry them off. So I will wait and see if I leave these larger magnets on the refrigerator for some time to see if they will change over time or not. I did notice that the thickness was more like 0.068 inch instead of the advertised 0.080 inch. If someone that is more familiar with these type disc magnets let me know if it is me or not.

IGNORE ANY NON-5-STAR REVIEW
Seriously, I don't understand people. These magnets are the advertised size and they are crazy strong. Thoughtfully packaged with plastic discs between each magnet, otherwise they'd be a nightmare to separate. They defy easy removal from a flat surface unless you can slide them to expose an edge. Well made, nicely finished. And dirt cheap. You miiiight be able to do better, but if I needed more of these I would simply reorder, not look elsewhere. I'm certain there are stronger magnets available that are larger, but these are very powerful for the size. Top marks, and recommended without qualification or hesitation.

Perfect magnets.
I took me a while to decide on these magnets. I was reading all the reviews on similar magnets and settled on these. I couldn’t be happier. I use these to replace the weak magnets on my refrigerator magnets which I acquire in my travels. Love these magnets. Wish they had a variety pack with smaller ones too. I’d scoop those up in a heartbeat. If your questioning if you should get these versus other magnets, stop searching and get these. They are strong!

Not that strong at all!
Want to use to keep curtains closed in a vehicle that is metal, always sliding off. If you only want to use on your fridge to hold list or small items it works great, but you may want to go with something with more strength than this

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Well, one broke. But I imagine if you are gluing these to something else, that won't be a problem. Mine broke because the force it creates pulling to each other is that strong. Very cool magnets

Cheap, not strong magnets.
Do not buy these magnets and think these will be strong. They are basically refrigerator magnets strength. I use them to put hold down a t shirt that I place over my power tools. It barely holds it. I am not purchasing stronger magnets and not really sure what I am going to do with these Possible let the kids play with them. No they will not pinch them like other magnets, like I said these are really weak. I have stronger car magnets on the back of my truck.

Makes grabbing for tools much easier! Many uses for these super strong magnets!
Perfect for" quick access" for keeping those often needed tools close at hand. I stuck them to the side of my organizer drawers that had a metal side....(see photo) but they can also be glued on with a strong glue such as epoxy or gorilla glue. They are super strong. Strong enough to tightly grip my tools and have made those "fumbling/digging for a tool, with one hand" moments much easier! I don't regret this purchase one bit, and will order more soon! :)

Not N52
These are some really weak magnets... not sure how they're N52. Seems like there's some issues with quality control as some of the comments say they're strong whereas some customers had the same experience as I have.Very disappointed.

Almost too strong
The magnets are very strong, but almost too strong for my intended use. The plastic separation pieces between the magnets slipped very easily, and once they did, the magnets were almost impossible to separate.

Very strong magnets
Not much to say, other than these magnets are very strong and appear to work as promised. I was using them as a temporary stopgap on my swing set, holding down material that I'd set up as a sunscreen, but if you're looking for really strong (yet small) magnets, these are ideal.

These will break your hands if you're not careful. STRONG MAGNETS.
Good thing they pack them in a box with an inch of foam around them.Nearly broke my hand snapping shut when holding the entire pack in 2 equal piles.Nice and thin too.Watch out... they're great... but keep your nose out of the way.
