This mouth guard is amazing. Easy to fit and comfortable to wear. Purchased this for my wife, at her request and the results have been incredible. We both are resting much better now and she has only been using it for three nights.

I purchased this to replace my old zyppah which had worn out after a couple of years of use (way beyond the recommended life, FYI). This unit is very quick and easy to mold. Instructions are clear. I had expected it to not stop my snoring but, much to my surprise, it did. Very comfortable and at less than $25 what a deal.

I purchased this mouthpiece with the hope of using it to keep my mouth closed while using my CPAP without having to use a chin strap because I've not been able to find one that's both comfortable and effective. The mouth piece is working extremely well keeping my mouth closed. However, after following the instructions for customizing the mouthpiece I found that in order to get the right fit to stabilize my lower jaw I had to do things a bit differently from what the instructions direct. I found I had to remove the hard plastic plug so I could bite down further into the softened material and I had to push in the softened material that squeezed out both sides so it firmed up along the molars. The mouth piece proved so comfortable that I slept well from the very first night on. I'm eleven days into using it and it's great and much easier and far less expensive than getting a custom made mouth piece done by a specialty dentist even if I have to replace it several times a year because the custom made equipment costs several hundred dollars and there aren't many dentists that do this type work, at least not where I live in south Florida.

I've tried other night guards without success. This one works for me for a few reasons:1. It is entirely a soft material unlike some that have a hard "spine" on the biting surface. This allowed me to get the correct fit to my smaller arch.2. Softer material doesn't cause my teeth to ache in the morning (I don't grind my teeth).3. Adapts accurately to the shape of my teeth to give it a snug fit. Stays in place at night.4. Not so bulky, doesn't disrupt sleeping.5. So far it's stopped my snoring. 2 people getting better sleep!Might not be strong enough if you are a bruxer.

Tracked with snore app, could not be happier with results. First night snore tracker was a 2 when it had been in the 30's. I have tried numerous other mouth pieces for snoring and end up subconsciously removing them in the night, this is the first one that I woke up with still in place. Slept really well hope it keeps working. Tranquillam offers a free additional mouth piece for an honest review, but this is an honest review so far so good. By far the most effective and comfortable piece I have tried.

This is a great product. It takes a little getting used to but is well worth the results. To be able to wake up in the morning and have my wife smile at me again is worth anything. She, and i, used to wake up tired every day - because my snoring would keep her awake, and i could rest well because is was so focused on trying to not snore (which doesn't work). From day one, this has significantly reduced and in some cases, eliminated my snoring. After two weeks, I am thrilled.It is a little uncomfortable at first - just make sure you follow directions when forming it - my bite was slightly off but has adjusted without issue - stick with it. Two things that aren't wonderful - one, it's a little big but is manageable - if you have a really small mouth, you may want to trim it after forming. Two, when you take it out, it's generally filled with saliva so take it out over a sink. :) Quick rinse and you're good to go.Overall, a great product with great results.

I have tried other brands, and find this one to be much more pliable and comfortable to wear. Follow the directions EXACTLY when fitting the mouth piece and it works very well. I didn’t have to trim this one, and there are no rough edges. I use it to cut back on snoring and it really helps. My Fitbit shows that I get better sleep with less restlessness. I usually buy a new one every 2 mo or so, as they gradually lose their shape and tend to stiffen a bit over time. But, the cost is reasonable and I’ll gladly pay $8.50/mo for a good nights sleep! Be sure to clean it every morning with a toothbrush and paste to avoid tartar buildup. I just purchased my second one since I liked it so well.

Purchased this mouthpiece to prevent my teeth from grinding during sleep. The product delivered was good quality and was easy to bring to temperature in a water bath and then form to my teeth / mouth... Much less complicated than another highly rated mouthpiece I had used previously. The mouthpiece white front insert helps in placement during forming and ultimately provides breathe holes once the insert is removed after the mouthpiece is correctly formed.This mouthpiece is better than the previous mouthpiece mentioned, as it engages both sets of teeth on the upper and lower jaw. This prevents lower jaw movement and helps to keep your mouth closed during sleep. As well, my previous mouthpiece formed inside the roof of the mouth in addition to the upper teeth. This was problematic, as the form tended to make me gag at times during use... This is not an issue with Tranquillam mouthpiece, due to it mainly engaging your teeth and gums.In addition to the prevention of grinding teeth, which it does well, the mouthpiece prevents snoring. I use a CPAP machine each night, and during the night, I remove the CPAP and forget to put it back on. My wife then has to remind me that I need to put the CPAP on, due to my loud snoring. With this mouthpiece, it works to reduce snoring, as it encourages me to keep my mouth closed and she doesn't need to tell me to put on the CPAP.Another benefit of this mouthpiece design over my previous mouthpiece is that it keeps my teeth and mouth moist during sleep, preventing dry mouth. This is important for gum health, as preventing dry mouth is important to reduce the chance of gum recession and it feels better in the morning.I would definitely buy this mouthpiece again and I highly recommend it.
