It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 every morning on an empty stomach with my coffee and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

Before purchasing this item I read all the reviews whether they're here on Amazon or in other sites, 50% of reviews were good the other 50% did not make a difference for any of them. But I figure if I try it maybe I'd be on the good side of the 50%, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG, this was a total loss. It did not help with cravings at all, it did not curve my appetite in fact I believe it increased my appetite. I know that doesn't make sense but it honestly did I will take as directed but still found myself eating a meal and still looking for something to satisfy my hunger. I'm trying to explore all options and my weight loss journey it's sad that I lost $90 over this but at least now I know that it did not work for me. So I'm on to the next hopefully I'll find something. It's a 50/50 chance with these I hope it works for the next person on their weight loss journey... 🤞🏼

I had never heard of this product until I visited my friend's house last month (she’s lost over 10 lbs and swears by it). I’m very skeptical of supplements brands in general but thought I had nothing to lose and like to try and start the New year with a game plan. So, after reading all the scientific reports and clinical trials on the 3 key ingredients, I purchased them. There is substantial information on all the trials that reassured me of the science and efficacy. I also appreciated the transparency in sharing this information online. Firstly, I didn’t buy this for weight loss. I was more concerned around cravings and naturally increasing my GLP-1 levels as I know they go down the more we age. I also know that lifestyle factors can contribute to that decline. I obviously have no idea to track GLP-1 in my body but I can attest to a reduction in food noise overall. Less cravings in the afternoon and overall satiety after and before meals. Overall, I’m very pleased and honestly surprised.

I’ll be honestly I’m usually the person that gets stuff like this and have zero results, if not the opposite, but so far these are legit. I would say I’ve had them for about a week and I notice a difference. I do intermittent fasting so usually by the time I eat I’m pretty hungry, but these do well at appetite suppressant, as well as making it so I don’t want to just keep eating everything in sight. The price is definitely a tough sell, but I would say it’s worth it for those that can’t afford to do ozempic or doesn’t qualify for it based on BMI.

My husband, my daughter and myself tried this at the same time. For them it worked as an appetite suppressant. For me some of my cravings were gone. However, there are no side effects listed, but as for me, I had several dizzy spells which had lasted up to a minute or more. One just walking around in a store. It was so bad, the manager wanted to call 911 because he thought I was having a stroke. ( I did not) the other experience was driving to work and I had to pull over because the dizzy spell came on so sudden I was driving so bad. That’s when I stopped taking this product. Not sure if this product dropped my sugar levels down too much or did give me stroke like symptoms. And No, have never had high blood pressure, high or low blood sugars, or heart issues thst would cause me to get thst dizzy. This is my personal review.

This is not a true GLP-1 like you would get at a doc. It helps reduce sugar cravings. I have been on a true GLP-1, and the effectiveness is not the same as Lemme. Lemme I would consider more of a multivitamin. It is not going to give you immediate noticeable effects. I took this for a month and saw a very tiny difference in my appetite and hunger. For the price though, I would say it is a great alternative for someone who does not have a significant amount of weight to lose.

I love the lemme products, but this did absolutely nothing for me. It was also pretty expensive for what you get.

I decided to try this product because I didn’t want injections. I had a hard time in injections due to constipation issues. I did not know Kourtney Kardashian was connected to this product. I have to say I am impressed. I began at a weight of 259 pounds and I am now 252 pounds. I am not constipated at all. I have felt as if my appetite has decreased, but I am making healthier decisions when it comes to the food that I eat because I have more time to concentrate on is nutritional value before I eat it. Before if I was hungry, I eat whatever in sight now that the hunger has suppressed, I can think about what I’m gonna put in my mouth which to me is a huge game changer. Before on the injections, I was dealing with a lot of dehydration and constipation with this product. I have not had that issue. I am only two weeks in and I have already lost 7 pounds. I know it’s not water weight per se because I am on a diuretic for high blood pressure so that doesn’t have anything to do with it. I began Zepbound injections in April for weight loss and I lost 30 pounds but, I weaned off of Zepbound in September. By December I was gaining the weight back and decided as a resolution to use pills that encouraged the GLP1 hormone to activate in my gut naturally. I take two eat to follow capsule's daily in the morning and I purchase a 30 day supply. I’m on my 2nd week. I coupled it with a B12 vitamin because I was prepared to feel groggy or sleepy on the medication because that’s what the injection did to me, but it has not been that at all. I have experienced no stomach upset at all. I’m very grateful for the daily go if you know what I mean. I highly recommend this product.
