I am soo happy with this purchase!! This earwax cleaner just works, which is more than I can say for the cotton swabs I've been using my whole life. It comes with two extra ear nozzles, a charging cord (USB-A to USB-C) but no brick, and a cleaning cloth. The directions are clear and it is easy to use. I was able to charge it using my phone brick and it worked fine. The charging port is hidden under a fairly tight seal next to the power and on buttons which are cleverly hidden when the item is collapsed. There is even a drain at the bottom so you can easily get the leftover water out easily. I really feel like they thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing an easy way to clean out their ears.

I love this. It is easy to clean and value for my money. When you use this to clean your ear trust me when I say you will be surprised on how comfortable it is and what it will get out of your ear. It is doing what it is supposed to be doing and more. I always have problems with my ear so I don’t put anything in it. I only clean the outer parts when taking a shower but now that I have this product I can hear better. It design is nice and it function really well. This is a good buy.

Easy to use with one hand. It's a great all-in-one product. No longer have to use 2 hands, one to spray and 1 to put a bucket under your ear to catch the water from being drained. The drip cup covers the whole year, which catches the splashes that come from being sprayed. Very nice. Having different mode settings is great depending on the type of how sensitive your ear canal is.USE WARM WATER! COLD WATER WILL GET YOU DIZZY OR FEELING SICK!Once your ears are cleaned out, you will have to still act like you can't hear people. 😆

I heard all the rage and saw the examples of how well this product cleaned the ears. I have ear wax blockage and nothing came out after 4 uses on each ear. However, I will say, I don't have internal itchy ears anymore and feel more comfortable. So, maybe it worked. Just didn't see any results. Still worth the purchase for the relief of internal ear itch.
