Myo Inositol 10 in 1 Supplement
These pills are easy to swallow. I bought them separately. I did all my research. I take them both together once a day. Each set 2 and 2 pills. I am having some results but I will continue to take these for 90 days which means I will have to purchase at least 4 more bottles and I will let you know what happens. But so far I'm starting to lose a little weight.And some other things are happening that I won't say because i'm not exactly sure but i'm gonna keep using these until I can give you absolute results but for now so far so good

Very good product
Love it, love it! Makes me feel good. When taken with corti-sooth works wonders.

Not effective in symptom relief
I usually buy inositol for pmdd and I ran out of the bottle I got from the vitamin shoppe. This particular brand is completely ineffective and costs more than the one I get from the merchant I listed above. It says take 3 capsules a day as one serving. The mg total is 1000. I thought maybe the fosage was stronger equivalent to a more therapeutically advanced result but either it’s not good quality ingredients or it’s just not biologically compatible with me. I ended up having a relapse in symptoms so I went ahead and ordered the one I had before from TVS. I have had no symptom relief and I’m back to restless agitation and moodiness, along with irregularity of my cycle length. I will stick to what I know from now on.
