Really nice and big leaves
I really like it. Big leaves in comparison with one other I bought. I bought this already 3 times. Sometimes the size of the leaves is even bigger. Depends on a batch probably.

Wonderful plant
Very lovely tasting, once brewed goes a bright green, seems very fresh quality and is genuine Lemon balm. It's wonderful for sleep, brew for ten minutes and add some passionflower and you'll have a fantastic sleep!

De Stress with a cuppa of Lemon Balm.
Gets me sleepy and is great if you feel stressed !Mildly minty but not too much so. Little bit herbal flavour, refreshing. Leaves ones mouth feeling cleansed.I have been told it reduces stress hormone Cortisone, feels like it. But don't quote me.Anything I put is purely for information purposes.But works for me !I will buy more again definitely and it goes a long way it really will last.I started with a cup every day for about 5 days then I have a cup every few days probably too much of a good thing every day. After all we need some Cortisone, if that is what it really does.Tips I heat the cup or mug up full of just boiling water recoil water. Pour onto a tea spoon of Lemon Balm leaves stir thoroughly cover for 10 minutes stir again a couple of times. Drink and relax.
