Great little knife. Good balance, sharp, and holds edge well. Being sous chef i put it through a ton of work the first day of use, am glad to say it held up well. Slicing, dicing,peeling melons and even cutting ribeye steaks did a great job. My only complaint ots a little light, but other than that it a good nife, great value for the money.

Awesome knife! I love the look and feel. It feels like a real chef knife! Very comfortable grip, sharp blade. It’s an 8 inch chef knife which I thought will be big, but it’s definitely the right size! Feels good in hand. I barely had to apply any pressure when slicing up the beef stake. Cutting up the carrot, tomatoes, cabbage and apples was amazingly easy, as well. I also love the wood handle! The knife also has a guard and a box, which would make it a perfect gift!

Needed the new chef knife, saw this one, read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. The look of the knife (even if it’s not a real damask steel) is impressive, comes with a box so can be a great gift too! Tried the knife last night and was very satisfied with the cut - I like to cut salami very thin and could do it with this knife very easy. And the handle is very comfortable. Don’t know how long the knife will last but happy with it at the moment.

I am the cooker and shaker of our house. I love to cook and to enjoy cooking you need a good or should I say great knife. I love the looks of this blade and it is by far the sharpest knife in the drawer. The case is nice and has magnetic shut and the plastic shield is very nice and a great safety feature. Don't hesitate to buy this Knife. It also looks very good. The layers of steel are as tuff as the knife. Good quality great price Amazon Rocks

The knife is sharp and the handle is comfortable. However it is not a Damascus blade at all. It's a fake Damascus design lasered or etched into the blade. That being said it's a cheap knife so you get what you pay for. I'd say its top of the line Walmart quality. The presentation for the knife is pleasant though and I do thoroughly enjoy the sheath that comes with it. I probably will not order another one but don't let my review deter anyone. The knife will work well enough for the average person.

This knife has really good weight, well balanced and perfect edge retention. The price is more than fair , it is great to cut bone or even use for precision board work. You will not regret purchasing this kitchen knife. It can be used as a chopper, slicer, or veggie knife. I will be buying more of those for my other chef friends. In my opinion this knife is beautiful and useful. I was also blown away by the price considering how stylish it is! Highly recommend this knife for home or pro use as well.
