I started shedding heavily in May. Large clumps of hair every shower and every time I ran my fingers through my hair. Last time this happened was after I got Covid in 2022. I bought these vitamins along with DHT blockers by advanced technology. I was also taking iron, B12, L-lysine, and dr bergs D3-K vitamins. I was throwing the kitchen sink at my hair loss as they say. Used pura d’or hair thinning shampoo and the hask tea tree with rosemary conditioner. Washed my hair every 3ish days. I’d take the sugarbear vitamins every morning with half the DHT vitamins. And the rest of the vitamins after dinner. They gave me two bottles as a promotion when I bought them in May. Kinda cool.
