Great progression step.
Very good, great progression from floor/mat work, in between a these and a balance board. Great for ankle and balance work.

Excellent quality and density for my knee recovery exercises as recommended by my physio. Very pleased.

This is okay but quite thick..
Very nice item but too thick to use for my Pilates. So I’m on the lookout for something else for my knees. This is great however to support your head and knock if you’re doing yoga.

Good to help with balance and exercise
Bought this as recommended by our physio. Really useful for the exercises we needed to do, helped with balance and other exercises, very portable and easy to store

Lifts & provides a stiff, hard surface platform for chairs to assist in recovery. Great quality. At 1/4 the price of brand name. Be sure to check the size of your chair or surface requiring “boosting” they come in different sizes-to optimize stability & support.
