UPANBIKE Bike Drop Handlebar 31.8mm Aluminum Alloy Bent Bar for Fixed Gear Bike Road Bicycle

I really wanted to try a drop bar conversion, but road shifters or barends can be very expensive. With this handlebar I could keep my original drivetrain components, I've got two shimano rapidfire shifters close to the middle, and drop bar brake levers on the front. It does accept 22.2 clamps but you have to wiggle them on, this will scratch the bars a bit. Not an issue if you are using bar tape later. The dropbar brake levers are 23.8 ones from Tektro, but they work with this handlebar after tightening them very well also. A really cool, cheap handlebar. Ideal for an MTB conversion on a budget.

At this price, what’s not to like. It has all the features of a mid-price band product at a rock bottom price. Has been durable in my use.

The diameter is Smaller then standard "dropbars" which matches standard bike bars I am fitting a E-bike kit to a road bike the controls will not fit standard "drops" due too larger O/diameter so these bars got me out of trouble - a great find. O/D standard bars 22:2mm O/D dropbars 23:8mm (Grip area not clamp size). All e-bike controls (throttle, display & on/off switch) are made for 22:2mm bars.

This bar is great for anyone looking for a quality, cheap drop bar. I really enjoy the shape of these compared to my vintage road bike bar which is terribly hard to grip in the drop position. I threw these guys on my fixed gear bike and the difference going from a flatbar to drops is amazing for me. I always prefer drops to flatbars for both performance and looks and these also look great. HOWEVER, they are a much more modern design than you would want to put on an old bike so dont stick em on an old roadie because they will probably look funny.

Non ha alcuna indicazione sul punto centrale. Quando si monta, infatti, bisognerà usare un metro da sarto per trovare il centro esatto. Per il resto fa il suo dovere e una volta nastrato sarà un bel manubrio.
