I held off on writing my review because I wanted to complete a full month of supplementation before sharing my experience. Overall, I have noticed an uptick in my energy, which is a huge plus given that I have an autoimmune illness. Any boost in energy makes a significant difference for me. Additionally, I feel like my memory is slightly sharper, which has been another positive benefit. While I can't say it's a miracle fix, I do believe this product has made a noticeable impact on my daily life. I plan to continue using it and see how the benefits progress over time. Most research studies note supplementation for 6-12 weeks so I do think some more time is need to be able to notice full results.

I’ve been taking this supplement post mold illness & it’s been a great add to my regime. I love that it includes nicotinamide, which is a methylated form of B3 to support the liver’s detox/removal processes.

Two main concern here. The amount of Nicotinamide Riboside is lower than other brands and they missed a chance to pack in some other ingredients which might enhance the efficacy of that. And secondly, the packaging is misleading. They printed a US flag on the bottle but look closer and it says "formulated in the USA" which is great but doesn't tell us where it was manufactured. Keeping that information from consumers is a no no.

NAD is a great supplement and peak performance delivered on it. Quality product and customer experience is top notch. Will def be trying some of the other supplements that they supply!
