Very good quality, Genuine Plantronics replacement.Although the picture was showing there is a mesh in the middle of the foam, it is actually blank, but it doesn’t affect the comfort or the quality of the foam. Recommended.

The headphone covers are not complete discs as per Amazon photo, they are disks with a hole. I ordered these specifically to completely cover headphones. Quality was disappointing too.

Fit perfectly but doesn't have the mesh insert. No biggie works great what do you expect for less than $2. I bought 2 pair so I'm set for another 12 years or so. My company said it would be 3 or 4 weeks if they could find them. Took me 5 min. on Amazon 2 days to deliver. I'm good. Sometimes the corporate BS is annoying. Oh well pay is great!!!

Ya tenía tiempo que se me habían descastado los de mi diadema y había estado sufriendo en mis orejas por un tiempo hasta que me tope con esté repuesto en Amazon a un muy buen precio y le quedaron muy bien a mi diadema. El material no es le mismo que las originales pero cumplen su función y ahora no tengo porque sufrir con el dolor de orejas al estar mucho tiempo en conferencias.
