No olive juice or olive flavor, just salt water and lactic acid (sour). It's salty, sour, water.

Q: Why olives or olive juice not listed in the ingredients?

Hi! We use the left over brine (salt and water) that our olives come in for our Olive salad and bottle it for the DMJ. Most people call it Olive juice but it is actually brine. Olives don't make a juice they make oil. Thanks, Cindy

The reason I buy it is for Bloody Mary’s, there never seamed to be enough olive juice in a jar of olives. I was ending up with lots of olives and no juice. Olive juice in Bloody Mary’s are the best and t just takes a little boscoli to make it good
