Don't buy these or eat them.
They are now banned in Australia due to the disgestive system problems with them. I ended up calling 111 to talk to the NHS last night. Visit to hosipital this morning to check me out. Abdominal pain, vomiting ( 3 times ) waves of pain in the lower rignt back and abdomen. Doctor can't find anything wrong and the only new item in my diet was this product. They were eaten the night before but nothing else can account for problems.

Great for keto cravings.
We are on a ketogenic diet and we've tried a lot of different recipes for pasta-like experience. This is the latest and I have to say it's very good. We're yet to try the rice but I'm sure will be great. We think it's exactly like every other noodle/real noodle. It satisfies our hunger and our craving for pasta/noodles. It absorbs the flavours very well and for those that say that it's smelly, they're probably not washing it well before using them. You have to rinse them in cold water even for just a minute and that funny smell is gone. Honestly, we think this is it for us and we will be getting our noodles from this supplier from now on. Thanks for the lovely message and the included recipe PDF by the way! I think customer service was lovely.

yummy with no smell
These are really yum when you cook them with other things/side dishes. e.g. making a stir fry, or spaghetti bolognes etc. I would stay clear from eating them on their own as they taste sort of meh on their own. Also for anyone out there who know about konjac root and how they are used to make shirataki noodles and how these noodles often smell because of the liquid they store it in, you can rest assured as these ones don't smell at all, even when you initially open them. All in all this is a good product and I'd highly recommend.

So glad I discovered this!
I eat a lot of pasta and was worried about all the calories involved. I decided to give this a try and used the spaghetti first as this was the one I thought may not be a good substitute. I was wrong! I will happily eat this in place of traditional spaghetti. I rinsed it under running water and the aroma completely disappeared. I've no doubt the noodles will be delicious too. I am interested in trying the rice next as I am a keen savoury rice cook. So far it's definitely five stars from me.UPDATE** The noodles were used in a Chinese meal and were delicious!. I used the rice and have to say that even though I added spices to flavour it and even tossed it in the frying pan in an attempt at making it nicer it was totally unpalatable and it all ended up in the waste bin. I will be sticking to the noodles from now on.

Healthy, fresh, natural and delicious!!! Must try!
Together with my GF we’re trying to keep fit and a friend from the gym recommended this product. It is a great thing for lunch or even evening meal, we went to prepare it straight after we got it. We prepared some broccoli, bamboo and chicken, then mixed the rinsed noodles inside. Now the only trouble is to find the shape we want given day, noodles, spaghetti or rice! Also trying to convince my diabetic mum to try it, it could be a huge solution for her

Love these Nirddles My Saving Grave
Love these Nirddles .I make my own Singerpore Noodles , I dry stirfry with them with Laksa spices, when you put any flaver with these noodles , it takes really well so if you don't like spices you could just do a thick cupper soup with them and it would taste like pot noodle done that too, they only take a few minutes to cook too which is great if someone uninvited comes around too. They taste exactly like rice Noodles amd have a similar constancy you in Singerpore Noodles from the takeaway when you add Laksa spice to them its identical, they sell Lasla spices online toothey arey my saving grace.Always on time ,and packed well so far Very Good company to deal with ans have used them again and again. And at only 12 Cal's, cannot go wrong plus high fibre so great for reducing colesterol , high blood pressure, and aids digestion too.Two words Love Them! They are not like the So Low ones in Holland and Barratt I hated those, they smelled and tasted fishy,, also made me very bloated and uncomfortable for days very windy too.But these ones don't do that, they leave me feeling like I've been out for a beautiful meal without the worry of high fats & high carbs, and I am wheat & gluten free, so don't have to worry anymore about cross contamination of a takeaway or MSG which also makes me I'll too if I have takeWays.

So far so good
Was a bit apprehensive at first thinking they would be a poor replacement for rice and noodles but was pleasantly surprised. Texture good and flavour was that of food added only. Have only used noodles so far, made a Pad Thai and a Carbonara from my Keto recipe book and both meals were good and more importantly low carb and low calorie. The noodles are only 6 kcal per serving and just need thouroughly rinsing before use. Going to try curry and rice tomorrow and then Spaghetti and Ragu next so will have a better idea of the other two items and will see if they are as good, rice will be a big test, am interested to taste results. Also interested to see if any weight loss after a week of full keto and full noodle, rice and spaghetti alternatives. It was great to have get a selection pack so can try them all out, fingers crossed.

Good product but you need 1 bag each
I bought a mixed box and think the spaghetti and noodles were in the wrong packaging. I made spaghetti bol and the spaghetti was much too fine, like fine thread noodles. I then made stir fry and the noodles were thick like spaghetti. The products are good but the packs are really small. They state that 1 pack serves 2 but it really doesn't. Even a pack each wasn't that much and I'm not the 'mountain of pasta' type. This means that a meal for 2 will cost £360 in just pasta/noodles alone which is just too much. Tesco sell a noodle version of the same thing for a similar price but the packs actually do feed 2. I don't think the rice is a good substitute for savoury dishes, I prefer to us cauliflower rice. I did make a keto version of rice pudding using cream, egg and chia seeds along with the rice and it was quite good - but only when cold. When hot the rice is just like little rubbery strands - but when cold the texture is more convincing.
