Very good shelves, for the reasonable price. Very stable and sturdy. Easy to install and looks good. It looks just like advertised.

I love this storage shelving! It was exactly what I was looking for and I’m actually planning on buying a second one. I have a bunch of decor and boxes and this was perfect for it. It took me about 2.5 hours to build on my own. It’s solid but not too heavy to lift or move around with another helper. Wish It wasn’t so pricey but overall very happy with the height, durability, ease of building, and sizing.

I was unable to assemble these on my own, so I asked someone to help me. They couldn't figure out what the deal is with the "J" pins either. I contacted customer service, and despite their claim of having 24/7 customer service, I never received a response to any of my attempts to seek clearer instructions. I tried for too long, and unfortunately, the return window closed before I gave up hope of receiving help from the seller. Let’s go down the list: They claim, “Each shelf is made from thick, high-quality steel.” However, these shelves are actually aluminum. They are lighter than my laptop, confirming they are definitely aluminum. They claim, “Our storage shelves are easy to install, and we provide detailed instructions along with fitting guidelines.” However, the instructions are vague at best. The “zoom-in” pictures don’t offer a clearer view; they are barely larger than the main image. There is a cutout in the beams that matches the shape and size of the “J” pins, but these pins cannot stay in that slot. Additionally, the instructions depict the pins as being inserted into the hole and left to dangle, which is misleading. They claim that “each column is wider and thicker than standard models, providing a solid foundation that can support up to 3,000 pounds in total weight.” However, when I compare the online picture to the measurements, it seems that the columns are neither wider nor thicker than the standard shelving I already have in my garage. The shelves are simple drop-in sheets that aren't secured to the unit. They rest on the lip of the crossbars, which does not convey a heavy-duty design. The text states, "Our dedicated customer service team is available 24/7 to assist you. If you encounter any problems or need additional support, please feel free to contact us." However, I never received a response to my inquiries. I believe this lack of response is because they know that the units I received are not the same as those described on Amazon. We decided to buy some bolts and fasten them together. Is this what they expected? Instead of providing sturdy nuts and bolts, they gave these cheap aluminum “J” pins? Bottom line, I paid full price for a lower-quality product.

The unit was packed very well, and arrived with no damage or missing parts. This is a good, strong, stable shelving unit. It holds all the weight I put on it with no sagging shelves. Very happy with the value, probably will purchase another unit soon. The unit is tall enough that I could even fit some things underneath it. Great garage shelves!

This shelving is solid and heavy - not sure how anyone thought it was flimsy and weak. Put together in about 1hr with a helper and assembled easily. There was 1 piece that was slightly bent but easily repaired so that is the only reason for 4 star. I did compare to similar at Menards and Home Depo and could not see any differences and this was priced better and delivered to house. Love it so far and seems to be great shelf for the money.

I have assembled four 48" shelving units for my storage space. I considered heavier, welded, wire-mesh shelving for double the price. I'm happy to have chosen this product. The boxes arrived promptly by Fed-Ex without issues (domestic warehouse). One man can maneuver each box for unpacking. Packing is thoughtful and thorough. The finish is consistent and attractive. The posts are extruded for relatively lightweight strength. All units contained the correct hardware and instructions, which are concise and clear. I would suggest using a small socket for the nuts that attach the braces. Once assembled, the shelf supports are fairly easy to adjust to different heights. I never needed a rubber hammer. The flush shelves drop in place for added rigidity and provide about 23.5" overall depth. Note that the posts can be configured to accept shelf supports from two directions in order to string the units together. While this is not an industrial product, I found the interlocking assembly to be very capable in strength and stability. Perfect for my application. Customer service is quite responsive and on point. In conclusion, I consider this more than a niche solution, one that should have broad appeal to residential storage needs. After almost a year of use, with multiple reassemblies of six 48" units, I have an update with observations on the total body of reviews for this product. It is true that the product depictions appear over-scale (wide angle) compared to the actual product. While I agree it's misleading, this is not uncommon in retailing. As for strength, try lifting a big-box store welded unit. I work alone, with this boxed set being the maximum I can manage to slide along the floor. So for strength to weight, the gauge of metal meets my specs for household use. Missing hardware and instructions are likely tucked in the underside of one of the shelves. While assembly is fiddly at first, it becomes routine (find a small socket for nuts). KEEP CHILDREN SAFE. I have no opinion on current prices. Hope this helps.

It says heavy duty but the quality felt cheap. I was expecting more durable material. Will see how long it last.

It's just as advertised, simple to assemble Instructions are as expected. Make sure all uprights are alike facing the same direction. I had one the opposite direction. My bad, I had to disassemble and turn around so that the cross support would be received by the vertical support. It's remarkable how strong these shelves are but yet light weight. I have a very heavy chamber vacuum sealer on the second shelf. Plenty of storage and a good workspace for me to repackage some bulk items..
