This does a great job or charging a large iPhone and powering a CB Radio simultaneously. It's made of sturdy plastics and the display shows you the battery level.I would have given this 5 stars but for one issue. When the engine and attached devices are off or unplugged the adapter will slowly drain your battery.The instructions will tell you to remove the device when not in use but you only need to forget once for this to be an issue.I wish they had attached a small switch or button to the adapter then there would be no need to completely remove it every time you park up.If you can handle that minor inconvenience then it's still worth the money.

This is a very nice piece of kit. I mainly bought it because my car is idle for weeks at a time and I wanted an easy way to check the amount of charge in the battery. The voltage indication is bright and clear, although the viewing angle is a bit limited, especially with plugs in place. In my car it reads consistently 0.2 V less than the voltage at the battery, which is on the safe side.The power socket will deliver 5 Amps which is enough to run my electric tyre pump.There are two USB charging sockets, and the fast charge one does switch my phone into fast charge mode. When charging, the display switches between voltage and current every few seconds.Well done Timloon !

I still can't believe they put a metal body for this price!I bought it for a 2 week "on the road" trip to Iceland with some doubts because of its price compared to other listings. It worked great it that trip and another short one we did this summer. I could connect the dash charger of my phone + quick charging my girlfriends iPhone + charging the battery of my camera or any other electronic device connected by USB.I couldn't recommend this enough if you need to connect a car charger for an specific device and charging phones or any other stuff at the same time. A must have for people spending time on the road while travelling

Good product which gives steady output for charging via USB and good connection for standard 12V accessories. However the voltmeter does give some variation in reading- occasionally dropping to zero volts despite obviously a current flowing. However that doesn’t distract from it being a sturdy product. The LEDs for the voltmeter are not too bright, so they don’t distract when driving at night. Well made in general.

Works great but the shape can cause a few fitment problems in the car.

It works which is the main thing. the only problem I had (not sure if it is because of the make and model of my car, Honda Jazz) but the adapter is a bit small for my port and so falls out easily, having said that I found away around it by keeping something underneath to keep it in place. if it wasn't for this problem I would give it 5 stars. when it is connected it works perfectly and is so handy to have when you have a satnav and also need to charge your phone.

Works exactly as it should, and similarly priced to lesser versions (that don't have the voltmeter) so it's a winner for me..The only issue that I have with it is that it sometimes gives a very erratic reading for the battery voltage - but am thinking that this is probably due to the battery for the hybrid aspect of my car causing an incorrect or out-of-range reading to the device..Would definitely recommend, and buy again if I needed another one.
