These work!
These do not stick quite as well as Rocktape, but I rather appreciate that. They last for the day, then come off fairly easily with some body wash during a shower. I’ve used it with good results for my knee and feet.

Best kinesiology tape I have ever used!!
This tape is the best!! I have tried several other types and brands and these strips blow them out of the water. Great adhesion with the only possible comparison being high end KT rolls. I will never go back to KT rolls after trying these strips, especially since they are a fraction of the price. My main uses are for major joints (elbow, shoulder, knee) as well as chronic sciatic nerve pain. If applied properly after cleaning the area of application with alcohol wipes, this tape will stick for days, while being unaffected by showers too! I hope this review can be useful and for anyone thinking the price is too good to be true, that cannot be more wrong. You will not being disappointed buying this tape!

I love this tape. It stays on for at least 5 days. It’s easy to use and works better than other tapes that I’ve tried.

Not worth it!
Not worth it! Bought it because the price was good and because of the many colors but it started coming off after getting wet unlike the others I bought in the pass. Not only did it come off so easily but I also got a rash! So painful 😭

I've had better
They don't stick as well as other brands I have tried. Others I've been able to keep on for 2 days, these I can't, I'm lucky if it lasts all day.

Athletic tape
Had a knee replacement and physical therapy suggested that I get tape for my knee. I tried these also as well as the other tape and they both are awesome if you’ve ever had a knee replacement these are great when you’re doing physical therapy or even when you’re not, I recommend them highly

You get what you pay for
These are terrible. They do not stay on, and I got an awful rash from them. Not at all waterproof. Only last a day or so without getting them wet.
