In my opinion this is the best probiotic out there. I have been taking them for about a year. I have colitis and this has helped tremendously. Try them out, you won’t be sorry.

Okay. No difference in gut health.
There are stellar reviews of this product, but I have not seen a any improvement in my gut health. I will pass it on. I actually started using the homemade yogurt, which is really helping.
