I’ve been using Lush henna rouge for years and it always gave me great results. As I was out of my usual henna and couldn’t get to a store I decided to try with powder from scratch and I can say I will never go back to Lush henna again, my hair has never been so lusciously red.Mixing guide was clear and thorough, mixed up so smoothly and didn’t try out as quickly as the lush one does when applying to hair. It made half the mess and it didn’t dry out and flick everywhere like my old one did. The smell isn’t as strong and the colour far better, not to mention half the price of Lush.I have slightly longer than shoulder length hair and I used roughly 1/2 and it made more than expected. 100g would do me three applications in the future. Would 100% recommend and repurchase.

Loved this! I had light brown hair with some highlights before and the hena gave it a really nice reddish tones. I didn’t find that my hair looked necessarily healthier but that probably comes from several uses (I’ve only used it once). The instructions were clear but I found that I needed waaaay more liquids to mix it up than advised. I mixed in lemon juice, yoghurt, coffee, whole milk and water. Don’t be alarmed if your mixture comes out lumpy, it still works. Easy to apply as long as you remember to wear gloves! Looking forward to trying it again!

I bought it to dye my brown hair and it caught amazing copper colour it was honestly amazing how strong this powder is. I mixed it with coffee. You can see on my before and after picture how skinny my hair was afterwards too!!! Since, I tried another brand for copper henna dye as this one is out of stock but this one was definitely stronger and I’m patiently waiting for it to be back in stock. If you’re after a copper hair get it. If you want brown hair you must add indigo. It smells like nature - rather strong but I loved it, feels so good using a natural dye.

Yes it Dyed my hair. Bit clumpy this time, not so refine. No big deal. However, still made it to tooth paste consistency and worked like magic getting into roots. Left for an hr, covered with cling film and rinsed with initially shampoo solution then just water to prevent pillow and collar staining.Yes would recommend and would buy again.Coloured on top with wasma (indigo) 2nd round. Work great together. Wear old clothes for the job and have fun (messy). The bathroom will need a thorough clean!!!If not a qualm then full steam ahead!
