Review the sizes closely, sizes are located on one of the last few slides. I ordered the large and it was way too big for my narrow size 8.5 foot. I contacted the seller and they gladly replaced the socks with a small medium that fit much better. I wore them all night and will wear them during the day with my work boots hoping it helps with the foot pain. I will order again in the future if needed.

I bought a few of these combo plantar fasciitis kits and this one is by far the better deal for your money spent. Contrary to what some say about the quality, these are very good in quality. I tried the other kits with the same socks but these are actually tighter giving much better compression. The silicon heel pads are better than expected. Love the bright colored RED ball. Never hard to locate around the house where ever and whenever I need to find it. The neoprene heel pads are great when I just want to slip on my sandels or slip on a pair of shoes without socks giving my heels some cushioning when I need it the most. GREAT DEAL AND GOOD COMBO KIT!

I had some serious heel pan after a week long assignment at work requiring a whole lot of walking and heavy lifting. After ordering this and comboing everything together I'm back to normal. I use the ball while I game with the compression sleeves on after I get home from work. I use the silicone pads if I know I will be on my feet for a long time. I haven't found a use for the foam pads but, they're there.

I've had a soreness in my heels for a few weeks which was affecting my walking routine. After using the neoprene heel pads, foot compression sleeves and arch support wraps for a few days, the tenderness in my heels has gotten better. I wear them all day with my sneakers and they feel fine without being too tight. Glad I got these and the price is right.

I have severe plantar fasciitis in my right heel, and most days I can barely hobble up the stairs. I put the silicone heel cup and arch support on, and within seconds was able to walk without a limp. I'm not saying I'm ready to run a marathon, but now I can at least walk my dogs.

I didn't think the compression would work but tried anyways.It totally works. The compression works so well that when I don't wear them for a while I get a little sore.

Good mix of products. I got this to help with some arch pain. I've been switching them out throughout the day, and I really like the arch support wrap and the gel heel protector. The neoprene heel protector is okay, but doesn't really stretch as much as I would like and tends to cut circulation after a while (but that may just be because I have larger feet). The compression sleeve is also nice, but again, fit could be better if I had gone up a size. For reference, I normally wear a size 11 men's shoe and I ordered the S/M (because I normally fit medium for everything else), so a large probably would have been better. As for the ball, it's too spikey for my liking so I haven't really used it much, but that's just preference.Also want to note that I've been wearing these indoors without shoes. No idea how these fit with shoes on.

My right foot has been hurting every morning and often after sitting for long periods of time. I've tried the spiked ball and the smaller wrap for the heel with small effect. The long wrap that is almost like socks for the foot seems to be very effective for me. Minimized most if not all the pain. Packaging was very good and delivery was very fast.
