This is wonderful. You get a great nights sleep and wakeup refreshed without any "hang over" efffects some product leave you with. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a problem getting to sleep.

Groggy ness that’s common with melatonin

Alone this product did not work well for me at all however i now take one of these and one of the alteril (in orange looking box) and the combo works for the most part (i get at least 4hrs of straight sleep most nights without waking up every hour).I did orginally try adding 400mg of valerian root and 100mg of GABA with 2 of these tranquil sleep after they didn't work by themselves and that didn't work either, actually got less sleep. so i then ridded of the GABA and that worked better but, not good enough for me. I think for those of us with staying asleep issues, this product alone may not work well at helping us do so but, than again even ambient doesn't work for me so could just be these are great and i am reason why they do not work well for 'me'. I do like their thick capsule coating and ease of opening bottle and since alteril alone doesn't work for me anymore as well since they changed ingredients again, i will continue buying these and using them with current alteril version. 4 stars for doing half the job as helping me stay asleep (just becuase they don;t work for me doesn't mean product deserves less than 4 stars afterall).

I have used this product for about two weeks. I am consistent with my bedtime at around 10:30pm. I take the recommended 2 capsuls. It does seem to help me fall asleep after about 45 minutes. However, I consistently wake up at 4:30am and cannot go back to sleep. I will not re-order.

I tried these sleep aids twice and both times had a more restless night than usual. Threw them away.

Really helped me get a restful sleep. Bottle says to take 2 capsules but that made me groggy. 1 capsule works perfect and helps me get a restful and solid sleep

I have taken the product for several months! It is awesome!!!! It helps me settle to sleep and allows me to have a good night's sleep! I highly recommend it!!!!!

Great for a relaxing sleep.

This is a good once and awhile sleep aid - for that it works well. However if you are looking for a nightly sleep aid that doesn't leave you groggy in the morning what I found from taking this is that it's better to just use L-theanine and valerian and omit the melatonin - You'll get the relaxation and somewhat sedative feel from these alone but not the grogginess from melatonin. That being said I'm glad I have these for those nights were I need that boost that melatonin provides. I can see this product useful for insomnia vs the interrupted sleep cycle issue.
