Not very impactful
This product was really just alright. I was hoping for a great impact that could really help me rave about it but honestly I did not have a significant enough impact to say one way or another. A few times I forgot to take it and noticed no change from when I was taking regularly on a specific schedule.

Works really well for me
I work a very stressful job with lots of responsibilities. Was looking for a supplement that will maximize my day and the rhodiola complex keeps me sharp and focused. Also my sleep has never been better. Definitely felt the effects after about 4-5 days of taking them.

Great Experience Taking Them - TBD If Due to the Pills or Other Lifestyle Changes
I bought these supplements and started taking them at the same time as making some lifestyle changes, so I can't say if my positive experience is entirely due to these pills. However, I have noticed a positive impact on my day when I take them (usually only on work days as those are when I find I struggle most with fatigue due to extended screen time, etc.) It might be placebo, it might be the herbal supplement benefits, but I've incorporated them into my morning week day routine and am feeling good!

Great product!!!
This passed year has been a stressful one for me. Lots of work, hustling a life which left me burned out. It got to a point where i felt physically drained. My naturopath doctor recommended more time in nature exercising, meditating if i can and supplements. I chose this product because it has Rhadiola, good for my mind, ashwagandha good for my hormonal balance and other elementary vitamins which stress can deplete like vitamin C and B6. Ive been taking this for over 2 weeks and my energy level has definitely increased. Im glad it helps me.

Working as advertised!
I bought these supplements a month ago, as with these heat strokes, all I felt like doing was to sleep and never get out of bed...Although was a bit skeptical at first, I can definitely say that they work - I developed an appetite, I sleep better, I have lots more energy and I feel like working out more often. Even at work I noticed that I'm more productive and less stressed out!:-)

Perfect for busy and stressed days
I heard some good things about this product from my friend and my colleagues and I’m super excited to try it! It’s basically enough for a full month with 2 capsules a day.I’m not a big fan of supplements but this one sounds awesome and the bottle is small amd I can just carry it inside my small bag so I won’t forget to take the pills.
