If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have degenerative arthritis and this is the only topical I have found that really works. I have cut pain meds in half and am able to function at a near normal level. I cannot say enough about how great this stuff is. Don't understand the negative reviews. If you follow the directions it works extremely well.

This gel is amazing. Great for relieving moderate pain. It absorbs quickly and there's no odor.

I was looking for a fragrance free topical pain reliever. This was expensive but homeopathic and gave it a try. It did absolutely nothing for me. I might as well have rubbed some facial creme on my shoulder. My best relief so far is Icy Hot medicated spray, it is not homeopathic and it smells a bit, but it relieves some of the pain.

Works quite well actually. I have chronic back pain and stiffness which is relieved by NeoRelief. Make sure application directions are followed closely (e.g., do not massage the gel in). Applied correctly its a very effective pain relief product for me.

NeoRelief received my High Rating due to daily, morning headaches. Previously I was taking 4 to 6 Tylenol every day. This product works wells for neck, legs and shoulders. p.a.

Works Great!

I wanted this for my lower back pain but it is impossible to apply it to the lower back without rubbing it in. The directions say not to rub it in so it gets wiped off with your cloths or when you sit or lay down. The only way to put it on your lower back is to lay on your stomach for 30 minutes while it is absorbed. I cannot lay on my stomach because that hurts my back. It didn't work for me.
