I've been struggling to figure out where to put my google TV streamer. My TV is on a motorized mount that I change positions depending on where I am in the room. This makes most stationary positions not that great as you have to give enough slack in the cable to move the TV around, but also tidy it up enough that the cables aren't flopping around everywhere. I've considered lots of different options, including just consolidating everything onto a HDMI switch which I may do at some point, or just adhering it with some mounting tape to the back of my TV. But this mount works great. I like this for a lot of reasons. The primary one is that the cord never really moves when I move the TV around as the mount is attached to the TV. This mount holds it securely and hides well behind the TV. It has a little lockable tab to keep it in place. For power, I just hooked it up to my USB port on the back of my TV. My TV pushes out enough power that it handles the streamer fine. There may be more elegant solutions but for the cost and utility, this works great for me.

I have so many devices in the back of my TV, I'm running out of outlets and have to run some things down to the lower, exposed outlet for the TV. When I added the Google TV Streamer, my wife saw the plug in the lower outlet and said, "That isn't staying there, is it?"! I had already ordered this nifty mount for the streamer and was just waiting for it to come in. Took all of three seconds to mount it in place along the top edge of the TV. All you see is the thin edge of the mount over the top, not a big deal. I like that the mount keeps it out a little from the warmer back of the TV in order to keep the streamer a little cooler.

I recently bought a new TV and the Google TV Streamer to go with it. I wanted to keep the Streamer off the table and to keep it cooler. This mount serves its purpose well. Take me less than 2 minute to hang the mount on top at the back of the TV and put the TV streamer in it. You wouldn't notice it unless you knew where it was and intentionally looked for it (just a small thin edge added to the top of your TV. I like how easy it is to hang it (it stays put well) and how this mount can help my TV streamer disappear from my desk and the design does help to keep the streamer cooler. Highly recommend.

THE GOOD:--------------* Perfect mount for the new google tv streamer 4k.* I just reviewed another one where you had to screw the mount onto the wall, or use adhesive to stick it to the back of your tv. I would have been happy with that had I not known about this option. This design, in my book, is superior. There is no need to drill into your walls, and no need to use adhesives. You simply clip onto the bezel of your tv. Better yet.. if your tv is mounted, then the mount can be completely invisible by clipping onto the edge of the mounting rails. Look at my pictures to see what I mean. At first, I clipped on top of the tv bezel... then a lightbulb went off. LOL! I can completely hide by clipping it on the tv mount.* Your google tv streamer uses bluetooth for the remote, so it's okay that the device itself is completely behind the tv. You will still have full control.THE BAD:-----------* Nothing at all, 5-Stars.
