This is more of an ointment and it work better for me. I sometimes have really chapped lips and this works better for me. It doesn't just sit on top of my lips like many chap sticks do, it is slowly absorbed into my lips. It feels really good and I can see some improvement in the condition.

Excellent product to keep lips hydrated. I’m here Makeup artist and I use this on all my clients and use a personally. There is no sense and it’s not medicated so it truly works on keeping the lips really hydrated. I’ve probably gone through about six tubes of the stuff.

Sticky like petroleum jelly. Works great 👍🏻Works great but sticky like petroleum jelly. Not good for lips as it has gross 🤮 taste-you feel nauseated like throwing up, if you have a habit of licking lips like I did. I think I'll stick to the other Neo-- brand I use that never made me want to throw up.

Good if you having chapped lips or bruises it helps to moisture and gives smooth result

This is the GOAT of balms. Specifically chapped, dry, chronically peeling angry lips. I have probably spent a few thousand dollars over my lifetime in search of a lip balm/ salve that would finally bring me relief and repair my lips back to their most natural state. This is it. I will be a lifelong customer. Not only is it the best texture, a little goes such a long way, and I don’t have to reapply for hours.
