At age 61, I developed many food intolerances (including dairy, eggs, gluten, etc.) resulting in nausea, rash & itching. My Holistic Doctor suggested Biotone EFA as a substitute for Omega-3 Fish oil. Many days I still feel nausea so, I skip the Omega-3 fish oil and instead take 2 Biotone EFA with my breakfast. I have never experienced burping, rash or itch or other unwanted side effects and my nausea usually goes away.Since I don't take the full recommended daily dosage due to cost, I would be unable to say if it could make a significant health difference. But in all fairness, when I took Omega-3 I never noticed a health difference either.Online at Seroyal (manufacturer) it says this product is Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free, which is important to me. I don't see this listed on Amazon's website or on the bottle. I just know I don't reactNote: bottle says take 4 capsules 2 times daily with meals, or as suggested by health care professional. Contains Soy. Supports blood lipids & Cardiovascular function.

This was recommended to me by my Homeopathic doctor. I have seen some amazing benefits using it for over a year.

This is a plant-based Omega 3 supplement that works exceedingly well. Unfortunately the last three time I have ordered it they have sent me beet root extract instead.

I have not received this order yet but have used this product before and love it. It works better than any other product I have used to help me sleep.

Good product. No bad taste. Didn't really notice a difference in my sleeping quality but my husband did.

It helps me sleep and seems to balance my system in multiple ways.
