Golden Grace Victorian Scroll Premium Door Handles on Shaped Backplate Lever Latch in Polished Chrome Finish, Epsom Design, 6 Pairs

We have a 1930s semi. It had a mixture of old brass handles covered in paint and stains from years of wear, to circular wooden knobs that looked like they were from the 1970s/80s. I replaced every handle with these and they are absolutely excellent. Super easy to fit and the fact they come with the appropriate sized bar means you literally have everything you need in one box. They feel very sturdy and have a good action. Minor criticism is one had a slight scuff on the top. However, I'd actually ordered one more set than required so was able to swap it. Given the price I wouldn't return since overall they were an excellent purchase and very good value for money.Fitting them is a job you can do yourself. Simply unscrew your existing handle, place the bar in, and then slide the handles on to the bar (it really is obvious as there's only one way you could possibly do it). I used a pencil to mark holes for each of the 4 screws and then drilled into the wooden frames. This ensured the screws went in very neatly and without any problems.Top tip: I bought an electric screwdriver. If you don't already have one I'd recommend it bearing in mind each door requires 8 screws (4 per handle, 2 handles per door). In my case I fitted 8 so that's 64 screws! Doing it this way and as described took about 10 mins per handle.

Having read some previous reviews about quality I was a little dubious about ordering these, but have to say I have no complaints all were in good order and look stylish once fitted.

Fitted all handles,look nice,the handles are good but the screws are cheap, had 3 screws snap when fitting the handles, so had to buy more screws

Half the handles have scratched on all the doors, some we barley use as don't use the rooms often. Wouldn't but again.

I have tried numerous door handles at higher prices and they never lasted more than a few months,but these silver door handles are very sturdy even the screws are a better quality,and I highly recommend them,thanks.

Bought this to update unmatching door handles. Good value for money and look good fitted. Recommended.
