Item as expected - did the job perfectly. A safe and effective way to descale the washing machine and dishwasher. Far more cost effective than manufacturer branded cleaning products (which are just citric acid anyway!)

I use this as an lime scale remover, it’s incredible, no toxic chemicals and brings the kettle, taps, toilet all back to limescale free.

We have a 5 litre tea urn, The water in our area is hard, The urn needs to be cleaned regularly, Tried other items for this job and some worked reasonably well. Found this cleaner and it does a very good job, Not just the urn but other pots and pans as well. A bit expensive but at least it does work .

Very good use on my sinks and drains

Used this to clean, base of toilet, shower head and washing machine. This is top trumps, loads better and cheaper than your off the shelf cleaners and is safe for the environment too. Removed the limescale after a soak, which the other products said it would but didn't. Even though monthly cleaned washing machine this removed little slivers of limescale that shouldn't have been there. No more expensive washing machine cleaners for me.
