Prestige Medical Premium Adult Aneroid Sphygmomanometer, Leaves Grey

Bought this Feb 21, 2017 about a week or 2 later the cloth tab the sphygmomanometer attaches to ripped. Hardly any thread holding it on and the weight pulled it apart. Love the cuff so I stitched the tab back on myself. I also like other reviews noticed my readings were high. Two weeks after the rip, when taking BP's the dial would not stop when pumped. You pump and the dial slides right to zero. Reported the problem. Company will not refund or replace because it is passed the 30 day warranty. How sad that you are so confident in your product you only give a 30 day warranty or will not even replace it. Will not purchase from this medical supply company again. Buyer beware,

there is a problem in how it reads, much to high compared to other blood pressure cuffs. my wife is a retied RN and she does not like this cuff.
