Functional-clear and loud
This works so well. I got it for one of my classes as my professor is a mumbler, and it worked crazy well, and I got some seriously good notes thanks to this little device in my ear!! The sound quality is very clear and sounds like an echo, it's wild. It's comfortable as well and very wearable, though I do have to put my hair up for it to ensure my locks don't knock it out by accident. But overall worth the money!

It helps but you get what you pay for
Not very comfortable you get what you pay for it does help once you figure out how to use and adjust it but it didn’t cost much and helps me hear a little better

Didn’t work for nerve damage
I was hopeful that this device would help the hearing loss in my right ear but unfortunately it only made the constant sound, due to nerve damage in my ear louder.

Works well, but volume adjustment is stiff
Works good, but volume adjustment is very stiff and very hard to move, they put a little stick adjustment tool thing in there that you lose the first day you have it and you're stuck using your fingernail
