I purchased this in hope of helping with tinnitus, not for the use described. I had a recommendation from a friend who had had success in uses it off topic. I found it to be painful, if worn for any length of time. It fits tightly...there is no chance of it “falling off”. Skeptical of results. It took several weeks to arrive.
