I bought this item back in October 2018 and for some reason in December 2019 after giving excellent service and value for money, it refused to load any music onto the item. I contacted Wiwoo Customer service who were brilliant, they apologised for the problem I was having with the item and explained that that would send a replacement, even though the Wiwoo was 1 month past its guarantee date.The Wiwoo music player is fantastic value for money and the sound quality very good for such a small item. It is easy to use and with its 16Gb of storage will store all the music you could wish for. The best thing is that the item is cheaper today than it was in October 2018. Would make a great Xmas present for old or young alike. Well recommended.

I don't quiet get the point of it being able to take 128gb Mini SD Card if it can only read 4001 songs.Every time I add to the card with each new album they never go into the shuffle rotation. They are there and I can play them but they fail to be put into the shuffle. When I do a shuffle it just comes up with 4001 songs and that is it. Which I know seems like a lot but once you add a new album to the card it fails to add it into the shuffle. It only reads the first 4001 tracks. Which for your casual music fan is enough, but for me is no where near enough, the player is constantly on. In the car, the office and my home so saying you own over 400 hours of music sounds great but you can only ever hear the same 233 hours of it kind of makes it a little let down and the failure to reach 5 Stars.Sound quality through the gith speakers / head phones is great, battery life, Is massive, I have been running this for nearly a year and I only charge it once a week. While it is at full volume in the car the rest of the time It is at a low volume enough to hear it but not to deafen me and the battery just lasts. As for the Ease of use well my MP3 collection is on my harddrive and a 128GB SD card as thats he biggest it will take. (Though I probably need to find a TB MP3 player soon as I am running out of room and harddrive space). All in all not an awful MP3 player for the money and survives everything from the constant back and forth to work to playing in the car to surviving music festivals.

Really great product. I find expect it to be so good. I used my own headphones with this but the ones provided are good quality just not as much bass as my current ones. I didn't know this MP3 holds pictures which is a great extra. Also it pulls up album information easily so songs have titles and a little album image or information related to the song which I think it's great. It's super easy to download songs onto and is small enough to take anywhere. The Battery lasts surprisingly long which is also amazing. Very happy with the price and you also get a few extras like arm band which is nice to have. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Whatever positive attributes this Digital Audio Player may have (and on paper, at least, there are many) it will be a non-starter for many listeners due to the staggeringly basic flaw that it shares with many other other similar units based around the same proprietary innards. The internal file system within each album folder ignores any existing numerical listing but instead orders programmes solely on an alphabetical basis.This means that no album that is conceived sequentially (be it a symphony, Dark Side of the Moon or even a talking book thriller, to take but three examples) can ever be heard from start to finish as intended, unless by some happy coincidence each successive track name begins with a letter further on from the one before it. There seems to be no way of overriding this either within the unit itself or even by renaming the files before loading them, apart from creating a playlist, and even here there's an issue, since the software allows you only three of these.If you're not worried by this anomaly, or only ever use a DAP in shuffle mode, then this might be worth considering since it's otherwise quite well provisioned and sounds more than decent once it's played-in (like most digital sound equipment, it will benefit from a day or so's running in time). If on the other hand you're intending to hear your ripped/downloaded music in the same order as in the original source (which, let's face it, is a reasonable enough requirement), then, reluctantly, I must advise you to avoid this, and look elsewhere....

Very handy gadget!! I needed this to get me through my running and exercise regime and with 16gb of internal storage with the possibility of upgrade to 128gb with a micro sd card you can get through every hour of the day, for days! I've also used it in car and connecting them together via Bluetooth was really simple.Overall I haven't had any problems with this mp3 player so far and definitely enjoying the experience with it too. If you enjoy listening to podcasts as you're getting along your day or just wanted something inexpensive to watch videos on, this is it, this is the gadget that would satisfy you.
