What do the watercress, dandelion, alfalfa, and parsley do?

Most of these products are UNTESTED by a reliable source, so right from the start I would have questions. I don't know what those items do. But my podiatrist suggested magnesium for pain in my feet. I have neuroma in my feet, and when I first stand, my feet feel like they have been beaten by a baseball bat. He said there are 4 versions of magnesium,: citrate, oxide, bio-something, and a fourth one. He said they were all good EXCEPT OXIDE. So of course oxide is the version used by just about every company. you can find. So once I found this particular brand I stuck with it. I can't speak for anyone except myself, but the magnesium was a tremendous success . After a week or so, the neuroma was still there of course, but the pain was gone. Good luck

Not for me I take it 2 pills 3 times a day. To help with my bowel movements. But if you take it according to package direction it will last 20 days.
