So I saw this on tiktok (& I mean, if it’s on tiktok it must be true, right?!) as a must/have for spoiled betas everywhere. So being “that beta Mom”, I rushed right over to Amazon to buy!You get sooooo many leaves and mine were all LARGE and intact with only minor breaks/tears. Like they’re so big I had to cut it down to fit in my tank large.It turned the water a light amber color. Kinda cool, but not sure if fishy really cares.Tip: warm some water & soak your leaf about 24 hours before putting in your fishy’s tank/bowl.He looks super bright and shimmery in the amber water. Not sure if it’s because of the darker water color or if the leaf infused water has had a positive effect in his scales.I can’t exactly tell if fishy digs having the leaf in there or not. I expected him to lay on it, hide behind it, or make a bubblenest... anything to give me a clue about his fondness for his new frond but nothing so far so not sure I’ll keep using them.

I am extremely pleased with my order. As you can see there is a wide variety of size and color of Indian Almond leaves, which I prefer. There was significantly more leaves in my purchase than I was expecting, my previous purchases of these leaves I have had maybe half the amount that this order came with, so that makes me very happy. They are high quality and pretty much all leaves are in tact and whole. The added bonus of a little ceramic squirrel was a nice touch and I look forward to adding the little creature to my tank to see what my fishes think about it. I bought these leaves for my two betta boys and my axolotl. I needed them quick for my sick betta, and I was prepared to wait a while but they came before the date it was expected and I was so happy. They’re HUGE! And you get so many. The price for these is literally amazing. Ontop of that you get these cute little ceramic animals sent with your package which are so fun and cute. It really makes you feel like the seller is interested in your business and your satisfaction. I will definitely be buying from you again!

I have ordered from this company twice, and was pleased both times. I get a nice amount of different sized leaves, and can achieve the amount of tannins I want from them.I don't know if the little ceramic animal that they send along is fish tank safe, so I keep mine outside the tank to not take any risk, but they're adorable and it's a lovely addition to the order. (The base of both my animals is unglazed.)I received a cute little skunk in my previous order, and got a little cow this time. I appreciate that there wasn't a duplication with the animals between my 2 orders. It would be nice to receive something fish or ocean related next time, like a starfish, clam, octopus, etc.

I leaves arrived in good shape and as advertised. I received 50 medium sized leaves for a similar price to that of competitors offering only 20-30 leaves. The leaves themselves are sturdier than the IAL I usually purchase from my local pet store and this seems to help them stay afloat for a bit longer (around 3-4 days before sinking to the bottom), making them popular bubble-nest rafts for my bettas. They even come with a cute figurine which makes me feel like a kid opening a new box of cereal in 1996. Will definitely be purchasing again!

The leaves work and are rather big but the little friend we get came broken. For such a fragile thing it came poorly packaged.

Smell wonderful! Large leaves, fish responded well, (Betta liked trying to swim on them when they were still floating on top, lol.) I plucked a few random ones for a photo. There were a lot more leaves than I expected. Even after a short steep in CONDITIONED WATER, there was a still a great amount of tannins that released into my water. I don’t know how people have an issue of not getting that dark water effect! I actually had to take pieces out of my tank so it wouldn’t get darker! But, If your trying to avoid that dark water, take your time steeping them in hot (conditioned) water.. maybe let them sit over night? I think it was definitely worth the price point. These will last me a while. Also, I avoided boiling because I heard it makes them break down quicker but still recommend using hot water to clean them.

these work wonders! I will only buy from this seller, my local fish stores sell small leaves, 3 for the same price!!! as these massive leaves! It even comes with little ceramic animals (i got the cow!) to collect. Very nice product, and so far its lasted me a long time!! Nice tannins too. I used 2 in a 3 gallon and it got so dark!! Bettas will love it, I love it. ITS A win win!
