When I first received I thought this was wonderful and after 3 most had to throw away. A big waste of my money. The stuffing in the pillow was encased within a very thin liner with a zipper and the battery pack was beneath a zipper on outside of pillow. Well when I went to change the batteries the first time the inside zipper had pulled apart and the lightweight beads of stuffing flew everywhere and they are hard to get up as they fly away with movement. Well the second time I went to replace the batteries the stuffing flew everywhere and when I opened the battery compartment it too was covered in stuffing. This is a dangerous fire hazard. I'm extremely disappointed and want to warn others to NOT purchase this brand of neck massager.

It's so good! I put it in my office on my chair. I do a lot of computer work and my neck and should are very tired of the same position keeping all the day. It helps me a lot. My colleagues ask me to try it. They all like it. They would like to buy.

I was so excited when this came today.. I thought for sure I would feel the deep kneading from the balls inside.. But mostly, I just felt vibration.. I will say, it does relieve some of the tension in my neck and relaxes a tad bit.. BUT, not by much. Maybe overtime, with continuous use, I'll feel the difference. If so, I'll come back and update my review..

The massage pillow is great for relief of tension in my neck which comes from exertion and arthritis. I'm enjoying it and recommend it to whoever has pain and needing tension released.

Cheap product. Seller a nightmare.
