Wish I had tried sooner!!
I was completely skeptical at first. I had been looking at Ryze for months, but never ordered it because of all the bad reviews. Finally I decided to just take a chance and ordered the coffee, creamer, and matcha set, then the cocoa and chai ones as well. WOW!! I was amazed. No, I’m not getting paid to say that, no I didn’t get this for free or even at a discount. I just truly was amazed. For the record, I HATE mushrooms. It is the one food I absolutely will not eat, but I also deal with a lot of bloating, low energy levels, trouble focusing, and alcohol dependency. I was willing to try just about anything to help with those issues. Also, it should be noted that I have a deep appreciation for things like dark, black coffee, herbal teas, and matcha. All that being said, LOVE the flavor of all three of these!!! I have been drinking them for nearly a month now and I have noticed an increase in energy that is also sustained through my entire night shift job. My mental clarity and focus have improved as has my outlook in general. I feel so much better!! I have been drinking three cups of this a day. I have one with the coffee and creamer, then I have one with the matcha. When I get home from work, instead of reaching for a beer, I make one of the hot cocoa Ryze. While I have not noticed a weight loss or significant reduction in bloating, I have noticed a huge decrease in my alcohol consumption. The cravings for beer are almost completely gone. I have gone from drinking five 12 packs of beer a week to just one 12 pack. I hope to be able to completely stop drinking alcohol. A couple of things to keep in mind if you are thinking about trying this: 1) of you like frilly Starbucks style coffee with enough syrup, sugar, and creamer to put you in a diabetic coma, YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS. 2) if you like black coffee and teas with little to no sugar, YOU WILL PROBABLY LOVE THIS. 3) when making it, use a measuring spoon, not the cute little wooden stirring spoon they send you. The recommended amount is 1 tablespoon, not 1 stirring spoon. If you use the cute little spoon they send instead of a real measuring tablespoon, it will taste incredibly watered down and nasty. Make sure you are using a full tablespoon. 4) DO NOT microwave any of these products!!!!!!!!! Put the tablespoon of powder in a cup and pour hot water over it!! If you microwave the powder it destroys the flavor!!!!! 5) keep stirring as you drink!! I only use a spoon to stir the drink, but I stir it each time before I take a sip. This keeps any residue from settling at the bottom of the cup and leaving the “sludge” that so many reviews mention. All of this being said, I find the flavors of all of these to be very delicious and relaxing. I do add extra cocoa powder and Splenda to the hot cocoa one, but that is the only one I add anything to. I know these are expensive, but the improvements in my health and wellbeing as well as the decrease in alcohol cravings make this worth every penny in my book. Each person’s journey will be different, but I highly recommend Ryze. Just remember, it takes more than one cup a day to get actual benefits, stir, stir, stir, stir, stir, and never ever microwave!!! I really hope this review helps anyone who might be on the fence or wondering if this is worth trying.

Delicious and worth it
Wow! Really wanted the taste of a chai, without the acidic burn due to having reflux issues. This is amazing! It’s a bit expensive but totally worth it! And amortized, the cost is still less than going to a stand. Delicious, the aroma will immediately resonate with the mix of the chai flavors, and one scoop (provided spoon), and you get to enjoy everything you love about a chai, with zero negative effects. I feel like I am experiencing a little clearer head, no brain fog. Biggest takeaway for me has been this does not irritate reflux. So I can enjoy a tea and not have adverse effects.

20 servings. But it’s really like 12-15. Not worth it.
I’ve started taking it a few days ago. No noticeable difference yet. Seems like a hefty price at first but if you break it down it’s 20 servings at like less than three dollars a cup. Much cheaper than a coffee house chai. I find it pairs well with just a tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. It’s gives it the perfect creamy sweet chai flavor. I’m looking into cheaper brands Update: I won’t be buying it again as the serving size is one tablespoon and it seems they are stretching that. I ran out much faster than I thought. This is definitely just as expensive as buying a latte.

Amazing!
My husband has been drinking Ryze coffee for months. I don’t particularly like the taste so I bought the Ryze Chai. It’s delicious! I added a teaspoon of sugar free vanilla creamer and the drink is better than anything you can buy at Starbucks. I’m on day 2 and have already noticed more energy. So glad I tried it!

Rash as a side effect?
I bought RYZE Chai not too long ago. Great taste, good boost. Didn't see any weight loss like they said. I did however experience a complete drying out of my eyes and I ended up with a weird dry skin rash under my arm! Ha! I give it a 3 because its basically good and bad at the same time! Health benefits.....meh. Didn't see it. I actually had side effects. Boost of mood, yes. Boost of energy, yes. Rash, Yes. Dried out eyes at night, yes. Not the best, could be better, but not terrible. solid 3

Delicious and nutritious Need to cut back on coffee this is the answer I have taken it to cut back on caffeine Just wished it had more creamer packets included but delicious regardless

Decent, but pricey
I got one bag to try and see if I could tell any difference in how I felt. I did notice clearer focus and less brain fog, and a more steady energy level. The chai flavor wasn’t all that good, not something I exactly looked forward to, but palatable enough that it wasn’t like medicine. Sometimes it is hard to tell if something is working until you stop using it, so once I ran out I waited to see if I could tell any difference. There was enough of a difference that I will be buying more to try again, at least during the school year (teacher who doesn’t drink coffee!). It is a bit pricey, though, so I will also be looking for alternatives.
